Med Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

½ cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1 small onion, chopped or grated

6 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup parsley, chopped

2 Tbsp. oregano
-
Salt, Pepper, granulated garlic to taste
Heat oven to 400*. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, until well blended. Using an ice cream scoop, tablespoon or hands, form meatballs and place on prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked throughout. Rotating pan halfway through.
Serve with tzatziki sauce on side if desired.
