Lamb Roast -Shoulder or Leg

Season with the following:
•granulated garlic
•kosher salt
•lemon pepper
•fresh ground pepper
•garlic pepper
•oregano

Bake uncovered at 400° for 30-45  min., until it starts to get color.
Pour beef broth in bottom of the pan with roast(s) to have an inch of broth in the bottom. Reduce heat to 350° and continue to bake uncovered for another 2-2.5 hours. Adding broth, as needed. Total bake time is usually around 3 hours.

Pull from oven, cover and allow meat to rest for 20-30 min.

Serve with roasted potatoes, Greek rice or buttered noodles.

If you want to add potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, etc.
